Onnestra is operated by Emmanuel Daniels, Founder and Privacy Contact, in Canada. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. For any question or request about your information, write to info@onnestra.com.
To reply to your request, set up and run your access, keep the service working, and give you support. We do not sell your information. Submitting the Request Access form does not add you to any marketing list. If we ever want to send you product updates or news, we'll ask you first.
Inside the app, your workspace's information is visible only to the people in your own workspace; other customers can't see it. As the operator, Emmanuel Daniels can technically reach stored information using our hosting provider's tools, and does so only to provide support or fix a problem. Our providers also have technical access to the systems they run for us.
We use a small number of providers to run Onnestra: Google (Google Forms stores access requests and feedback), Cloudflare (hosts the website and the app, and stores app data and uploaded files), and Calendly (call booking). They handle information on our behalf. Some of this may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States. Information handled in another country may be accessible to that country's government and law enforcement authorities under its laws.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@onnestra.com. We aim to respond to access requests within 30 days, subject to any extensions or exceptions the law permits. Inside the app, requests, decision-trail entries and documents can't currently be deleted by users, so if you need something removed, ask us and we'll handle it.
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your information, please write to us first. You can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
